Mr. Canary Company will replace defective products at no charge to the purchaser; but, the purchaser must notify Mr. Canary Company of the defect within 30 days of receipt. After 30 days, Mr. Canary Company will handle defective merchandise at their sole discretion. Mr. Canary does not accept returns of any used items. Only new, unopened products will be accepted, with approval from Mr. Canary Company. Authorized returns will receive full refunds, less return shipping charges, and credited through the original payment method. Returns resulting from shipping errors will be at the expense of Mr. Canary Company; no returns accepted after 30 days from the ship date.
